Maddie is the creator of Schmilk Chocolate.
Jake Flores
Jake founded Schmilk® Chocolate as a brand, and he manages all-things sales and production at their Vermont-based factory. He enjoys playing his acoustic drum set, trail running, rollerblading the Burlington bike path, backpacking, and, more recently, skydiving. Jake also enjoys reading sociology, that in which he has academically studied.
